With the swan as the main symbol/trademark of Wycombe maybe something that involve the senses is a feather or swan that can be felt by anyone who wants to, outside in a public space or shop front.
I even could create a small advert/handout/leaflet which is a feather-for stereotypically young visually impaired girls- to place in their hair or touch:
